Mrs. Betty Frances Smith Barr, age 70, a resident of 700 Wilmar Road, Vanceboro, died Monday, Nov. 4, 2019, at her home. A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 9, 2019, at Chapman’s Chapel United Methodist Church located at 3650 N.C. Highway 43, Vanceboro. A private burial will take place at a later date. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington.
