Mrs. Leytha Brewer Mobley, 82, a resident of West Fifth Street, Washington, died Sunday, Nov. 17, 2019, at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 21, 2019, at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory in Washington. A funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. in the chapel of the funeral home, conducted by Pastor David Thompson.  Burial will follow in Pamlico Memorial Gardens, Washington. The family will receive friends at other times at her home. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home & Crematory.
