Terrance Flaugher has joined the Nags Head Police Dept. as a patrol officer. At right is Nags Head Police Chief Phillip Webster. Flaugher was sworn in by town clerk Carolyn Morrison Nov. 26. He served previously as a patrol sergeant with the Tyrrell County Sheriff’s Office.
