Mrs. Kay O’Neal Moore, of 410 Frederick Road, Chocowinity, died Monday, Dec. 2, 2019, at the Vidant-Beaufort Medical Center. A funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 8, 2019, at the New Beginning FS&C Chapel. The interment will be at the Broad Creek Cemetery, Pantego. Arrangements are by New Beginning Funeral Home and Cremation, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington. Family will receive family and friends at 73 Pine St. in the Terra Ceia Community.
