Mr. Jerome “Jerry” Everett Ricks, age 59, a resident of Washington, died Tuesday, Dec. 17, 2019, as a result of injuries sustained from an automobile accident. Local survivors include his wife, Betsy S. Tal; and father, J. Larry Ricks, with whom he made his home.
