Judy Mason Snider, 71, of Blounts Creek, passed away Friday, Dec. 20, 2019.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Andrew S. and Fannie Tuten Mason; her husband, William E. Snider II; brothers, Donza Mason and Kenneth Mason; her son, Michael Snider; her sister-in-law, Lynette “Gidge” Lindsey; and her life companion, Linwood “Bobby” Pipkin.

Judy is survived by her son, William E. Snider and wife Veronica, of Chesapeake, Virginia; daughter, Julie M. Snider, of Blounts Creek; her stepdaughter, Lynn Lewis and husband Harold; two brothers, Carl “Little Bud” Mason and wife Ruby, and David Wayne Mason and wife Audrey; six grandchildren, Ariel Snider, Nicholas Snider, Jacob Hollowell, Aaron Snider, Colin Snider and Cameron Rowe.

She loved the outdoors and spending time in her yard and on her porch bird watching. She had a love of animals, especially her two dogs, Gracie and Rosie. She will be most remembered for her love of family. She was a loving Mother and Grandmother who will be greatly missed.

A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
