Carole Ann Ramsey, 77, of Durham, formerly of Belhaven, died peacefully on Jan. 17, 2020, at Brookdale Senior Living in Durham after a long battle with Alzheimer’s. She is preceded in death by her husband, Richard “Dick” Ramsey, and her son, Mark Ramsey, and survived by daughter, Julie Ramsey; son, Paul Ramsey (Jeanne Dusseault); son, John Ramsey; son, Scott Ramsey (Susana); sister, Jeanne Hurlbut (Don); seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends at home on Jan. 26 from 3 p.m. until 6 p.m. Arrangements are by First Cremation Society.
