Mr. Robert Palmer Sr., of 1033 Railroad Station St., Belhaven, died Thursday, Jan. 16, 2020. A funeral service will be held at noon Saturday, Jan. 25, 2020, at the White Plains Ministry in Belhaven. The interment will be held at the Whitfield & Whitley Cemetery in Belhaven. Arrangements are by New Beginning Funeral Service and Cremation, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington. The family will receive family and friends at 553 Edward St., Belhaven.
