At the American Legion’s Valentine’s Dinner at Norman Smith Legion Beach at Columbia on Feb. 10, a special table was set to remember comrades who are prisoners of war or missing in action. An empty chair, draped with the POW-MIA flag, is also reserved at every meeting of Post 182. The flag’s inscription reads, “You are not forgotten.”
