Mr. Moses Brooks, of 179 Choco Village Road, Chocowinity, died Friday, Feb. 21, 2020, at the home. A funeral service will be held Saturday, Feb. 29, 2020, at 1 p.m. at the Beebe Memorial CME Church in Washington. The family will be receiving family and friends at 179 Choco Village Road, Chocowinity. Arrangements are by New Beginning Funeral Home and Cremation, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
