Joseph Francis Cobb, 74, a resident of Roanoke Landing Nursing Home and formerly of Hyman Ferry Road, Windsor, died Monday, March 9, 2020. A funeral service will be held Friday, March 13, 2020, at 2 p.m. at Cashie Baptist Church, with the Rev. Dr. Carroll Tarkington and Rev. Todd Clenske officiating. Burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Cashie Baptist Church Fellowship Hall on Friday, March 13, 2020, from 1 p.m. until service time. Arrangements are by Walker Funeral Home of Windsor.
