Ms. Mary Louise Downing, 85, of 304 E. Third St., Plymouth, died March 10, 2020, at Washington Regional Medical Center, Plymouth. A funeral service will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, March 17, 2020, at Toodle’s Chapel with Pastor Larry Clagon, officiating. Burial will follow in Ellis Lee Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to service. Arrangements are by Toodle’s Funeral Home, Plymouth.
