Ms. Lahoma R. Arthur, 50, of 708 S. Webb St., Selma, died Friday, March 13, 2020, in Selma. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, March 21, 2020, at Festival Park 119 E. Water St., Washington. Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Friday, March 20, 2020, at Leon Randolph Memorial Chapel, 208 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Washington.
