William Marshal Boyd, 88, of Washington, died Tuesday, Aug. 25, 2020. Because of the pandemic, a private family service will be held as a celebration of his life. Interment will be at Oakdale Cemetery in Washington. Arrangements are by Joseph B. Paul Jr., Funeral Director Licensee of Washington.
