Thomas Edward “Tommy” Newman Sr., 76, of Swan Quarter, died Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2020, at Vidant Beaufort Hospital, Washington. A private graveside service was held at the family plot in Soule Cemetery. Pastor Mike Wheeler officiated. Arrangements are by Bryan Funeral Service, Swan Quarter.
