Eleanor Lois Bell, 83, a resident of 6271 River Road, Washington, died Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2020, at Vidant Beaufort Hospital. Visitation will be held from 6 p.m. until 8 on Friday, Sept. 18, 2020, at Washington Funeral and Cremation. A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 19, 2020, at Washington Funeral and Cremation Chapel. Burial will follow at Pamlico Memorial Gardens.
