Mr. Hilton Ward Mobley, 84, a resident of Washington, died Tuesday, Sept. 22, 2020, at his home. A funeral service will be held at noon on Saturday, Sept. 26, 2020, at Washington Assembly of God in Washington. Burial will follow in Pamlico Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Saturday at the church and other times at the home. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington.
