George Franklin Outlaw, 71, of Windsor, died Sept. 29, 2020. A funeral service will be held 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 3, 2020, at United Holy Church of Deliverance in Williamston. Viewing will be held one hour prior to service. Burial will follow at the Outlaw family cemetery in Windsor. Arrangements are by Paradise Funeral Home Inc.
