Jimmie B. Huggins, 96, a resident of Belhaven and formerly of Charlotte, and Ocean Isle Beach, died Thursday, Oct. 1, 2020, at his home. A celebration of his life will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 7, 2020, at the home, 519 E. Water St., Belhaven, with family visitation from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. prior to the service. A graveside service will immediately follow at Belhaven Community Cemetery, with military honors and assistance from the North Carolina Patriot Guard. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home of Belhaven.
