Mrs. Betty Blanche Edwards, 82, a resident of Washington, died Tuesday, Oct. 6, 2020, at Wilson Medical Center. A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Monday, Oct. 12, 2020, at The Salvation Army of Washington. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington.
