Ms. Necy Kay Asby, age 63, a resident of Washington, died Wednesday, Oct. 7, 2020, at Vidant Medical Center. A graveside service will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 10, 2020, at Ryder Hill Cemetery in Pamlico Beach. Family will receive friends at the cemetery following the service. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home of Belhaven.
