Herbert Gregory Woolard, 66, of New York City and Washington, passed away on Sept. 7, 2020, of complications from lung cancer at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City. A Celebration of his Life will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 17, 2020, at Oakdale Cemetery in Washington, conducted by Marty Alligood. Those attending are encouraged to wear masks and practice social distancing.
