Mrs. Alice H. Spencer, 90, of Belhaven, died Monday, Oct. 19, 2020. A funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 24, 2020, at St. Reddick Missionary Baptist Church, Belhaven. Viewing will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. Due to COVID-19, the funeral service will be by invitation only and masks are mandatory. Arrangements are by Congleton Funeral Home and Cremations, 3205 E. 10th St., Greenville.
