James “Buster” Davis Modlin, 93, of Middle St., Jamesville, died Tuesday, Oct. 27, 2020, at his home. A funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 29, 2020, at Poplar Chapel Church of Christ, with Elbert Lilley, Carroll Jones and David Jones officiating. Burial will follow in Jamesville Cemetery. Masks are required. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the church and other times from the home. Arrangements are by Walker Funeral Home of Williamston.
