Dorothy Mae Jernigan Hoggard, 87, a resident of the Eden House Nursing Home and formerly of 1110 Bull Hill Road, Windsor, died Thursday, Oct. 29, 2020. A graveside funeral service will be held Saturday, Oct. 31, 2020, at 11 a.m. at the Ross Baptist Church cemetery. Rev. Dr. Jeffery Russell will officiate. The family received friends Friday at Walker Funeral Home. Arrangements are by Walker Funeral Home of Windsor.
