Mrs. Hazel Marie Best Ross, 80, of 823 Bridge St., Washington, died Saturday, Oct. 31, 2020, at home. A graveside service will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, 2020, at Oakdale Cemetery in Washington. Social distancing will be in effect and the family asks that everyone who attends wears a face mask.
