Mr. Jesse “Norman” Allen Sr., 81, a resident of Pantego, died Thursday, Nov. 5, 2020, at his home. A graveside funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Monday, Nov. 9, 2020, at Davis Cemetery in the Pungo Community of Pantego. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 8, 2020, at Union Grove Church of Christ and other times at the home. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home of Belhaven.
