Mrs. Rosa J. Rhodes, 95, of Washington, died Monday, Nov. 9, 2020. A funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Friday, Nov. 13, 2020, at St. John Missionary Baptist Church, Washington. A public viewing will be held from 11:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the church. Arrangements are by Congleton Funeral Home and Cremations, 3205 E. 10th St., Greenville. Due to COVID-19, the funeral service is by invitation only and masks are mandatory.
