Robert (Bobby) Carrol Phelps, 89, of Creswell died Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2020, at his home in Creswell. Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 21, 2020 at Mount Tabor Free Will Baptist Church in Creswell with Reverend David Young officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Free Will Baptist Children’s Home – 7907 Buck Deans Road, Middlesex, NC 27557, or a charity of choice. Family asks that masks be worn at the service. Arrangements are by Maitland Funeral Home, Creswell.
