Blanche Phelps Cammon, 99, of Roper, died Tuesday, November 24, 2020, at her daughter’s residence in Roper. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 28, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at the Roper Pentecostal Holiness Church with the Reverends Tommy Oliver, Ralph Leggett and Tim Leggett officiating. Burial will follow at Hillside Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends at the graveside following the service and other times at the residence of her daughter, Toledo Chappell. Maitland Funeral Home of Plymouth is serving the Cammon family.
