Ms. Connie Anne-Marie Foster, age 48, a resident of Charlotte, died Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at Atrium Health’s Carolina Medical Center in Charlotte.

Graveside services will be held 1:00 PM Thursday, December 31, 2020 at Pamlico Beach Cemetery at Ryder Hill and will be officiated by Jody O’Neal.

Ms. Foster was born in Portsmouth, VA on February 22, 1972 and grew up at Pamlico Beach, NC. She was the daughter of Theresa Anne Fears Foster and the late Johnnie Delmar Foster.  Ms. Foster had attended Wades Point Pentecostal Holiness Church. In her spare time, she enjoyed traveling and painting. Being an animal lover, Ms. Foster loved her cats, Jasmine and Gracie.

Ms. Foster is survived by her mother, Theresa Foster of Washington; brother, Bernard “Winky” Underhill and wife, Amy of Pamlico Beach; companion, Daniel Congleton of Charlotte; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

In addition to her father, Ms. Foster was preceded in death by her brother, Johnnie “Butterball” Duane Foster.

The family will receive friends following the service at the cemetery.
