Brenda Jeannette Chambers, 77, of Marshall, passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side on Sunday, October 25, 2020, after a long battle with breast cancer.

Brenda was preceded in death by her parents, Andrew Jefferson and Nettie Elizabeth Clark and her brother, Edmund Clark.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband of nearly 58 years, Claude “Travis” Chambers; her daughter, Lesa West of Bel Air, MD; her son, Warren Chambers of Pinetown, NC; and her beloved grandchildren, Molly and Benjamin West of Bel Air, MD. Brenda also leaves her sisters: Elizabeth Lamm (Willard) of Arden, NC, Norma Jean Woolard (Jerry) of Pinetown, NC and Terry Ball (Larry) of Corinth, MS; sister-in-law, Betty Doris Clark of Kinston, NC, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, January 17, 2020 at 2:00 pm at Faith FWB Church, 641 River Road, Washington, NC.
