Ervin L. Wiggins, 84, of Nebo and formerly of Chocowinity, passed away on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at his home. A private graveside service to celebrate Mr. Wiggins’ life will be held at Pamlico Memorial Gardens in Washington. Westmoreland Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
