Robert “Bobby” Edward Phelps, Sr., 91, of Creswell, died Monday, January 11, 2021, at Washington Regional Medical Center in Plymouth. A private family graveside service will be held at Philippi Church of Christ. Arrangements are by Maitland Funeral Home, Creswell.
