Ms. Ramona Qualls of Washington, transitioned Saturday January 23, 2021 at Vidant Medical Center of Greenville. Funeral Services will be at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday January 31 , 2021 at Temple of Jesus Christ Family Life Center of Washington. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
