Annie Louise Latham Bell, 89, of Belhaven, died Monday, February 22, 2021 at Vidant Beaufort Hospital. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 25, 2021 at Oakdale Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday following the service at the home of her son Glenn Bell in Chocowinity. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington.
