Mr. Peter Smallwood Jr., 97, of  Washington, died Saturday February 27, 2021 at  home. Funeral Services will be at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, March 5, 2021 at  Leon Randolph Memorial Chapel. Burial will be at Oakdale Cemetery. Social Distancing will be in effect and the family insist that everyone that attends please wear a face mask. Temperatures will be taken.
