The Beaufort County Health Department will offer the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last at a drive-thru clinic on Friday from 2-6 p.m at Beaufort County Community College’s driving pad. Call 252-940-6150 with questions.
