Liston “Bud” Harris, III, 67, of Swan Quarter, died Monday, May 24, 2021, at his residence. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, May 27, 2021, at the family plot in Soule Cemetery. Raffael Farrow, Jr. and Phil Emmert will officiate. Arrangements are by Bryan Funeral Service of Swan Quarter.
