Howard Vann Harrell, 68, of Windsor, died Wednesday, May 26, 2021 at Duke Medical Center in Durham. Funeral services will be held Sunday, May 30, 2021 at 3:00 PM at Askewville Assembly of God. Rev. R. O. Denton, Jr., Rev. Webb Hoggard and Rev. Allen Harmon will officiate. Burial will follow with military honors in Edgewood Cemetery with Rev. Randy Pierce and Rev. Webb Hoggard officiating. Arrangements are by Walker Funeral Home of Windsor.
