Raymond Ward, husband of Tressie Ward, passed away peacefully in his sleep on June 23, 2021. He was an active member of the coast guard auxiliary in Washington, N.C. and a member of the Destroyer Escort sailors association. He leaves behind his wife of 50 years, Tressie, who lives in Lexington, Kentucky. A veteran’s memorial service will be held at Camp Nelson National Cemetery on July 2, 2021.
