The City of Washington has announced that there will be a citywide power outage for system maintenance purposes from midnight until approximately 5 a.m. Thursday morning.

The city is sending out courtesy calls this week regarding the upcoming power outage.

The temperature is expected to hit a low of approximately 73 degrees Wednesday night, with the humidity level hovering around 80%. Sunrise will happen around 6 a.m. Thursday morning.
