Mrs. Donna Marie Dunbar Cutler, age 55, a resident of 122 Pike Road, Pantego, died Monday July 5, 2021 at her home.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM Friday, July 9, 2021 at First Church of Christ. A funeral service will follow at 3:00 PM Friday at the church conducted by Steve Hill.   Burial will follow in Davis Cemetery, Pantego.

The following will serve as pallbearers:  Travis Cutler, Allen Lynn, Craig Dunbar, William Foch, Perry Dunbar, and Paul Longo.  Honorary pallbearers will be Jason Phelps and Jayden Lynn.

Mrs. Cutler was born in Beaufort County on December 11, 1965.  She was the daughter of Jack Darwin Dunbar and Toleda Ann Phelps Dunbar.  Mrs. Cutler graduated from Pungo Christian Academy in 1984.  She graduated from Beaufort Community College in 1986 with a degree in Business Administration.  Her current occupation was as a homemaker.

Mrs. Cutler was a member of First Church of Christ.  She was an avid holiday decorator.  Mrs. Cutler loved cooking, baking and was always trying new recipes.

Mrs. Cutler is married to David Mayo Cutler, who survives.

Surviving with her husband are her parents, Jack and Toleda Dunbar; bonus sons, David “Dave” Mayo Cutler and wife Morgan, Casey Ryan Cutler and wife, Caitlin; brother, Jamie Lee Dunbar and wife Leslie Foster Dunbar; niece Olivia Morgan Dunbar; nephew, Jackson Gregory Dunbar; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Sina Whitley Cutler and Floyd Travis Cutler, Sr.; sister-in-law, Cindy Cutler Lynn and husband, William Allen Lynn; brother-in-law, Floyd Travis Cutler, Jr. and wife Rhonda Cutler; niece, Brooke Haddock Longo and husband, Paul Longo; nephews, Caden Scott Sprouse, Elijah Paul Longo; and great nieces,  Addison Elizabeth Sprouse, Kenzie Grace Longo, Ashlynn Claire Longo.  

The family will receive friends at other times at 139 Honey Pod Farm Road, Washington and her parents’ home 8673 N.C. 99 Hwy. North, Pungo.
