The Chocowinity Middle School football team defeated Northeast Elementary 18-16 Wednesday evening at home.

Running back Chaise Smith led the Indians (4-0) with a pair of touchdowns and 145 yards rushing. Jamarion Boyd also scored on a 25-yard run.

Zion Corey led the defense with seven tackles, while Zymere Wiggins and Josh Green each recorded five.
