Thomas Ray Phelps, 79, of Plymouth, died Wednesday, November 3, 2021, at his residence in Plymouth surrounded by his loving family.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 7, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. at Saints Delight Church of Christ with Chris Grimes and Marvin Davenport officiating. Family will receive friends following the service at the church and other times at the residence.
Arrangements are by Maitland Funeral Home of Plymouth.
