Mrs. Kathleen Louise Cook Chandler, age 79, a resident of Cypress Landing, Chocowinity, died Thursday, December 16, 2021 at her home.

Mrs. Chandler was born in Washington, D.C. on August 6, 1942.   She was the daughter of the late Lawrence Rodney Cook and Anne Gorman Cook.  Mrs. Chandler was a retired paralegal.

On February 15, 1970, she married Philip Herbert Chandler, who preceded her in death, April 3, 2004.

Mrs. Chandler is survived by a niece, Susan Williams Crasco; nephews, Jim and Michael Williams all of Virginia and brother-in-law, David F. Chandler of Rhode Island.

In addition to her parents and her husband, Mrs. Chandler was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Anne Williams.
