Fannie “Pearl” Foskey passed away at age 87 on December 31, 2021.

At her request, no service will be held.

Pearl died of natural causes after a brief illness, she passed peacefully at Fauquier Hospital in Warrenton Virginia.

Pearl is survived by her husband of 66 years, Leslie Thomas Foskey; son Leslie Thomas Foskey Jr., daughter Karen Marie Busick and son-in-law, Greg Busick. She is also survived by her sister Edna Faye Harris, two grandchildren Jordan and Megan including four great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Bonnie Ray Modlin and Lula Elizabeth Modlin.

Pearl graduated Bath high school in 1953 as a salutatorian. She enjoyed being a mother to her children and great grandmother “mema” to her grand children. She was an avid crossword puzzle enthusiast. She never met one she couldn’t solve. She enjoyed her daily conversations with family and friends.

Pearl will be missed enormously.
