Jacquelyn Clements Hicks age 88, a resident of Washington, NC died Sunday January 23, 2022 at Vidant Beaufort Hospital.

Jacquelyn was born in Lynchburg, VA on June 9, 1933 to the late Jasper Clements and Mildred Josephine Evans. She was a breeder of fine dogs. Jacquelyn also enjoyed gardening.

Survivors include her Significant other Sue Baines, three children, Karen Norman of Lynchburg, VA, Carl Hicks and wife Gail of Woodbridge, VA, Stuart Hicks and wife Ellen of Corpus Christi, TX.

She is preceded in death by a brother, Charles Clements.
