Mr. Robert Harold “Bobby” Spencer, age 66, a resident of Belhaven, NC died Friday February 11, 2022 at his home.

A memorial service will be held 1:30 p.m. Saturday February 19, 2022 at Pantego Christian Church officiated by Rev. Jim Bussel.

Bobby was born in Portsmouth, VA on May 30, 1955, son of the late George Tilman Spencer and the late Eula Rae Gaskins Spencer.  He was a 1975 graduate of Pantego High School.  He was a millwright in construction who was also a commercial fisherman.  Bobby loved fishing both inshore and offshore.  Another love of his was hunting both deer and bear.  He was a member of Pantego Christian Church.

Survivors include his children: Alicia Rae Wagaman (William) of Washington, and Nathan Harold Spencer of Pantego; two brothers: Hoyt T. Spencer of Pantego, and Timmy R. Spencer (Sissy) of Bath and grandchildren: Kayla, Jordan, and Maddison.
