Clifton C. Cutler, 87, of Chesapeake, Virginia, passed away on February 23, 2022.  He was born in Beaufort County, North Carolina to the late William Russell Cutler and Ida Elise Everett.  He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Monna Toler Cutler and his children, daughter, Corrine Andrews (Paul) and son Clifton C. (Neil) Cutler, Jr. (Julie), his grandchildren Jordan S. Andrews (Tarah), William Brett Andrews (Hayley), Lauren J. Cutler, and Noah R. Cutler.  His great-grandchildren Hunter Musbach, and Lillian Andrews.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM, Saturday, February 26, 2022 at Oakdale Cemetery in Washington, NC.
